• Immediately report any side effects or concerns after treatment.
• Understand that failure to disclose accurate information or follow instructions may increase risks and release Revivee from liability.

4. Appointments, Cancellations & Payments

• Booking & Payment: Services must be paid in full at the time of treatment unless otherwise arranged.
• Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to $100.
• Refunds: Due to the personalized and irreversible nature of our services, all rendered treatments are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.
• Packages & Promotions: Packages, promotional pricing, or discounts are non-transferable, non-refundable, and expire as stated at purchase.
